Approaching its tenth birthday this house is a personal favourite. Perfect conditions prevailed on this elevated Sunshine Beach home - ideal site, ideal clients and ideal builder. It all began in a cherry picker where we discovered more view than we could have imagined, hence the late adjustment to the client brief to include a roof top garden. The elevated pool allowed us to place the main living zones where we could best capture the ocean views on offer, it also acted as an invisible divide between the living and raised master suite. Clean lines and simplistic forms continue to set this house apart, where its actual age is hard to detect. Shortly after completion the home received its fair share of attention where it featured on the cover of Trends Magazine and also Featured on Abode TV - "Best houses".
