On Buderim, rather than in Buderim (standing joke for Buderim locals) these two concepts allowed us the opportunity to stretch our legs and explore how we could best capture the amazing South-easterly views to Caloundra, whilst harnessing precious Northern light. Our developer client set the program for 2 large luxury homes incorporating traditional roof forms to integrate within the existing streetscape. Both homes went against trend, by locating the kitchen, main living and Master suite on the upper level to take in the views. The lower level accommodated the secondary bedrooms, bathroom, laundry, entry, foyer, double car garage along with an additional living zone which flowed outdoors to the full sized swimming pool.
