Purpose.
This Bokarina residence explores how a coastal home can feel open and expansive without giving up privacy. A concealed entry and curved street screen create a sense of intrigue, while the home opens north to natural light, the pool and outdoor living beyond. Warm coastal tones, strong visual connections and a clear, functional plan come together to create a home that feels calm, bright and easy to live in.
"Having been a dream of mine to build a beach house "one day"...I am thrilled to say that CONSTRUCTION IS COMPLETE for Singlefin Cresent, Bokarina Beach!
This home is really a study on small block design, Trevor Reitsma nailed the brief from the outset and the construction by Gold Leaf ran smoothly and ahead of schedule".
