Purpose.
After more than a decade of calling Moffat Beach home, this project was about staying connected to a place already woven into family life. The home was designed to rise above the treetops and capture the outlook, while creating privacy from the park opposite and spaces that work just as well for quiet retirement living as they do when children and grandchildren arrive. Familiar coastal character, generous living and long-term ease come together in a home intended for the next 25 years, not simply the next chapter.
