Purpose.
One site, two homes, and a brief designed around change. The purpose of this project was to create two independent dwellings that could perform as investments today, accommodate family when needed, and offer a future place to downsize tomorrow. Each home was shaped to make the ocean outlook part of everyday life, with open living, generous entertaining spaces and low-maintenance materials allowing the property to adapt without losing what makes the site special.
