purpose.

A coastal sanctuary shaped by light, movement and a sense of discovery. Organised around a central courtyard and pool, the home gradually reveals itself through layered spaces, connecting living areas, private retreats and the waterway beyond. Robust concrete, warm timber and landscape work together to balance privacy with openness, creating a home that feels calm, sheltered and deeply connected to its setting.
